Voices of Nature 2020 Public Lecture and Workshop Series

Please join us for this fascinating evening of acoustic ecology and Earth jurisprudence, featuring Andrew Skeoch, one of Australia’s leading nature sound recording artists, and Dr Michelle Maloney, lawyer and Co-founder & National Convenor of the Australian Earth Laws Alliance.
Andrew will share audio recordings and visual interpretations of bird song, which delight and amaze – and which highlight the fundamentally cooperative and interconnected ways that life works together on our beautiful planet. Michelle will respond with insights from deep ecology, Earth laws/Earth jurisprudence and share a reading from her forthcoming book with Kombumerri elder, Mary Graham.
